I have the tinted butter formula but it's too oily for my skin type (combination) which causes it to slide and give uneven protection on my face. How is the finish on this product and how does the color compare to the tinted butter (which is the perfect shade for me)?
First tinted product in my 50+ years of life that i use. Because it works perfect for me
I loved the formula other than it being too dark for my skin. Would you consider making some other shades?
Thanks for the samples of your products. I do not think I would have tried it if it were not for a sample from the grocery store. I really was surprised by it. I was expecting this tinted mineral product to leave a grey cast... like so many others... this product melts away... I have become a customer. Thank you.
I got a bottle at well.ca in Canada and tried it this morning for the first time. I couldn't believe this was a mineral sunscreen. I've stayed away from mineral sunscreen because of the dreaded white cast but found Liah Yoo's review of this very promising, I'm so glad I tried. It felt moisturizing though somewhat sticky. I had to powder my face to tone down shine and slight oiliness. This was very pleasant though for a mineral sunscreen. The tint work perfect on me! I am light-medium skin tone (Asian) with yellow-olive undertone and I can't believe this blended seamlessly on my skin. I agree with the other review, I wish this was offered in a bigger size. Helps reduce the volume of plastic use which is better for the environment.
Love this sunscreen. I have a pale skin tone, but the sunscreen blends in very well (even though it looks darker than my skin tone out of the bottle). No skin irritation, no breakouts. My only gripe: the small size! Please offer this in the larger bottles!
As a guy, my first thought was that this was going to look like makeup, but it actually doesn't look like much, which is better for social situations than the slight white-ish sheen from the non-tinted sunscreen lotion. I'm a pretty big fan and have begun using this and the tinted sunscreen butter instead of the non-tinted. I could see the case to be made for going with chemical sunscreens even though they're terrible for you before, but the tinted mineral sunscreen kind of makes it a no brainer.
I wear this sunscreen every day-even when it's raining or cloudy because it makes my skin look so healthy. The tint is perfect for my skin and it the high zinc oxide content is perfect for long days on our boat or at the pool. Not greasy and really does give your skin a radiant look.
This sunscreen has become my everyday, face sunscreen. I love the non-greasy feel, the thick texture, the tint, and the smell! It is perfect for everyday wear or when out hiking and camping. Even wearing it on my face everyday I have not experienced any breakouts or blemishes from it-AMAZING. Thank you All Good for this fantastic product
A lovely lightweight moisturizing lotion that goes on easily. The tint matches my skin tone- no whitish cast! I live at 7,000 ft and the sun screen is effective this time of year/
I'm an every day sunscreen wearer and I have been searching for a sunscreen that fits all my qualifications for almost 2 years now. I've tried dozens of different brands, both luxury and drug store brands. All good is the first one I've found that is non-nano, non-greasy, non-toxic and provides smooth, long lasting coverage, but washes off relatively easily (it's water resistant so it's not supposed to come off too easily).. The tinted sunscreen is a little bit dark for my complexion, so I mix it with some of the non-tinted All Good sunscreen and it's perfect for me. So grateful for your product!
Love this new sunscreen. I'm white but my kids are half Vietnamese and dad is, you guessed it!, Vietnamese and the color works for all of us.
Blends easily/ Not greasy
I liked the sunscreen consistency and it worked great - but I ended up with stains on 2 swimsuits and a sundress before I realized what was happening. So far, have only succeeded in getting the stains out of one swimsuit. Not planning to use it any more.
I took a chance and bought this in a coffee shop on a beach trip to Cayucos, CA. I'm super picky about sunscreen products for my face since EVERYTHING breaks me out. I used this for 4 days with no issue. My skin looked great, and my sisters each bought a tube. It gives you an even dewy look that's feels great for the skin. I'm so pleased with this product!
I love it. It's really the consistency of a creamy lotion. It spreads well and leaves no white cast. The ingredient is so clean that I also use on my face and there's no sunburn after 90 mins of lap swim at 2pm. I just wish it came with a BIODEGRADABLE tube instead of a conventional plastic tube. Something to work on, All Good!
I wear this tinted sunscreen everyday for working in the office or working in the garden. I am a professional landscaper, part time and have to be very careful about excessive exposure to the sun. This sunscreen works just fine. It really keeps me from burning. But I also use it on days when I am at my desk because it works as a great foundation that evens out all the flaws. In the past I would have never considered wearing make up, but the color of this sunscreen is a natural tint and the ingredients are safe. I'm so glad I tried it!
I like the way this lotion blends well into my skin, and doesn't rub off onto my clothes or onto other people's clothing when I hug them. I'm happy support a company that uses organic ingredients and offers some of their products packaged in tins rather than plastics.
I've used All Good's untinted sunscreen for a couple of years now, but I find that it clogs pores and cause breakouts because it's such a thick cream (or at least it was when I bought my last tube a year or so ago.) I therefore gave this new version a try, and like it much better. It's a lotion, not a cream, and so far doesn't seem to cause blemishes, I was horrified when I first saw its color, because I'm Snow White-fair and the tint looked much too dark, but I tried it anyway and as long as I don't use too much, it blends OK with my skin tone. (All Good - if you're listening, please consider making this for those of us with Celtic ancestors!) The only other thing I'm not keen on is that if I apply it too near to my eyes, it makes my eyes burn. But otherwise, I like this product well and will stick with it, since it's SO hard to find a non-toxic sunscreen that my sensitive and acne-prone skin will tolerate.
Blends perfectly into my Southeast Asian skintone (tan and yellow). I use it every day!
