SHIPPING GUIDELINES

In USA: Firstly, all $50+ orders within the United States have free shipping*! We ship all over the US for orders placed directly on allgoodproducts.com. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska (first of all, lucky you…), we can ship all products EXCEPT our Spray Sunscreens (but you CAN check out Store Locator and find a store near you that sells our Reef Friendly sunscreens). If you live in a state other than Hawaii or Alaska and want to order a Spray Sunscreen, you will only be allowed to have it shipped UPS Ground — so be sure to avoid last-minute ordering of sunscreen if you have a vacation fast approaching.

In Canada: Yep, we ship to Canada, but we can’t ship sunscreen. Sorry, Canada. We’re workin’ on it.

Outside of US/Canada: We do not ship any sunscreen products to Europe or Canada directly from our website. Instead, try looking at one of our trusted e-tailers Amazon to see if they will ship to your location. (PS: we are working on being able to directly ship to any location but it’s a work in progress! If you have friends in high places, let us know). If you’re still unsure about whether or not we can ship product to you, please email us directly at [email protected].

How much does it cost to ship to me?
Well if your order is over $50, you get free shipping within the United States*. The best way to calculate shipping costs is by adding something to your cart and going through the checkout process; it will calculate shipping costs before you put in your payment info. You can also hop on the human connection and drop our Customer service team a line ([email protected]) and they’ll quote a shipping cost for you.

*USPS Priority Mail — we’re stoked to provide free shipping to you, but money doesn’t grow on trees. Which is why our Warehouse Warriors might adjust the shipping method to UPS (at no cost to you) if it is more economical. If you’d like to pay extra for UPS shipping, that option is available to you at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return policy is simple: we guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your All Good order (our sincerest apologies! Let us know what went wrong) you can return it within 30 days.

You may return any new, unopened items purchased from allgoodproducts.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund apart from the shipping fees.

What about open products? If you are unsatisfied with your opened product for any reason, phone a friend (that’s us, we’re the friend). Just email or call us within 30 days of purchase and we will work something out with you.

Your refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the return package to our warehouse. Once issued, the refund will show up in your account 1-5 days after we process the return.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Backorders
If all of the items included in your order are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to lack of inventory, and you will be issued a full refund of your order total (including shipping and handling and tax, if applicable).

If some but not all of the items included in your order are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been placed on hold due to lack of inventory and you will be asked to advise All Good to:

  1. Hold your entire order until the item or items that are out of stock are re-stocked; OR
  2. Ship the items that are in stock, and ship the items that are out of stock once they become available; OR
  3. Cancel your entire order and issue a full refund of your order total (including shipping and handling and tax, if applicable). All Good will hold your entire order until either (a) you respond to this email or (b) the item(s) that are out of stock are re-stocked.

Sales Tax
