Title: Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper (aka Count von Count)

Position Description: Our growing business is seeking a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This position will play a key role in the organization’s accounting. The Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper will work closely with the CFO to manage all aspects of the monthly financials. Additionally, the Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper will be required to learn the company’s ERP system, assess current bookkeeping scenario and assist in making improvements while implementing necessary systems to scale.

Responsibilities:
o Work with CFO and Operations Director to streamline daily financial management relative to A/R, A/P, Payroll and prep for month end closes and quarterly reporting
o Responsible for AR aging with customer follow-up working closely with Operations to minimize over 30 day balances
o Responsible for payroll processing, commissions and tax payment processing bi-weekly
o Review and book daily credit card and other account transactions
o Book and reconcile 1% for the Planet transactions, upload to 1% for ongoing tracking
o Responsible for AP aging and weekly vendor payment processing in coordination with CFO
o Perform month end close reconciliation for review with CFO
o Perform necessary research projects to resolve questions posed by management team
o Assist in the preparation of departmental and organization financial reports
o Collaborate with CFO on development and execution of management dashboard reporting

Required Skills:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
o Experience in AR, AP, Payroll and month end close processes
o Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP system skills and comfort level
o Proficient in PowerPoint, Mac IOS and related programs
o Willing and proficient in learning new ERP system
o Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
o Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
o Strong communication and presentation skills
o Triple bottom line mentality

Position Type: Approximately 30 hours per week, flexible as per planned needs, potential to increase within 12 months.

Reporting: Position reports to CFO / Daily work relationship with Operations Department

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience

Title: All Good Marketing Lead (aka Playful Raconteur)

Position Description: All Good Makes Everything Better®. And All Good seeks a positive, experienced, innovative, dynamic, creative, intelligent, thoughtful, organized and self-motivated person to lead the company’s marketing through the next phase of growth. The position is responsible for end-to-end development of marketing strategy and execution for all product categories and brand led initiatives.


Responsibilities:
o Build and execute annual and long-term marketing plans, strategy and tactics to drive demand generation and market awareness globally across channels – working with cross-functional team-members and agencies
o Develop go-to-market plans that build consumer awareness and loyalty
o Guide the strategic and creative development for website, email and social content, in-store messaging, brand events, product packaging, trade shows and advertising
o Partner with sales to develop channel strategies and tactics to achieve domestic and international goals
o Develop strategy and execution of brand ambassador program: All Good Athletes, Influencers, and Non-Profit Partners
o Manage annual marketing budgeting in collaboration with CFO and CEO - including forecasting and measures
o Support product development and initiatives on knowing and growing the All Good consumer
o Understand trends and market dynamics using quantitative market and/or unique customer POS data
o Manage and run cross-functional meetings - monitoring the timing and execution of product related campaigns, monitoring transition and phase out
o Be the brand’s biggest cheerleader – serving as the brand guardian and key steward of brand standards


Requirements:

o Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus; 8-10 years of marketing experience in Brand Management with progressive responsibility in consumer-packaged goods ($5-20M size triple bottom line company preferred)
o Consistent track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
o Strong cross-functional and agency management experience, with the ability to take a brand strategy and bring it to life across multiple touch-points from idea to launch
o Experience with activations across social, email, in-store activations, events and digital media
o Strong thought leadership, written, and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interact directly with leadership to drive strategy and investment decisions
o Experience with international business and global brand management
o Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Mac Hardware and Software, SEO & Google Analytics
o Understanding and excitement to embrace 1% and B Corp philosophy in daily business
o Adventurous spirit with dedication to environmentally and socially responsible innovation
